He was sent to declared a prophecy of doom against a nation, he ran away and God miraculously brought him back, nobody saw any miracles performed by Jonah, Jonah preached and STARTED EXPECTING HIS PROPHECY TO BE FULFILLED, many of Ninevites repented and God changed his mind over their destruction, Jonah got annoyed because God didn't fulfill what he said regarding Nineveh, God told him why he changed his mind, God later brought the destruction upon Nineveh but by then Jonah and most of his contemporaries were no more!
