For those who know the OP personally, this is the time to get closer to him. I've seen people battle with mental health issues and it's just heart breaking. People don't usually understand them cause they seem to be functional in many aspects of life like education, business, etc. but deep down, they're not okay and can't help themselves. Self harm is the red zone and OP seems to be there already.
