There was no agreement. There was a meeting actually but no legal agreement. Putin has long been told to provide the agreement if anything was signed.

The meeting was even with the Soviet Union which has since collapsed.

do you have any official confirmation that a record of any such signed agreement exists?

Secondly, these nations increasing interest in Nato is a reaction to russia's bullying. Russia carved out and supporting insurgency in several neighbouring states because they opted to choose a more european direction e.g moldova, georgia and ukraine (crimea & donbas).

No responsible leader will fold their hands watching such a growing threat.

And call Putin's bluff, Finland and Sweden will cause far more issues in a war with russia because they are way militarily developed than Ukraine. Sweden has a very strong R&grin in communications tech, ballistics and aviation.

Putin's concern is once they join nato, they cant be bullied anymore

I will likely be waiting forever.

BTW, Israel is not and has never been neutral. Its position on Ukraine
does not define its entire foreign policy.

Any person with proper knowledge of middle-east affairs
would understand Israel's current position on Russian war based
on Syria's situation.

There was never any agreement between Russia and NATO.

Meanwhile, Russia signed a verified agreement (Budapest memorandum) never to invade
Ukraine and promised to defend Ukraine if attacked in exchange for handing over its nuclear weapons.
We can see the results today.
You obviously do not know or understand the terms of the Budapest Memorandum.

The memorandum was signed by Russia, the US and the UK guaranteeing Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity if they gave up their nuclear weapons and agreed to stay neutral

This second part was violated by the US and Ukraine in the Bucharest Summit of 2008 which granted Ukraine and Georgia a NATO membership accession plan. The non neutrality of Ukraine was further exhibited by the coup which overthrew the government of Viktor Yanukovych and brought into power the Western backed nationalists that are in Ukraine today. Russia's response to the coup was to take back Crimea via a referendum and support the Donbass in their separatist war against Ukraine.

As to the claims that there wasn't any agreement on non expansion of NATO to the East, that's also false. There was a verbal agreement and this was verified by Der Spiegel (a German newspaper) from British archives.

If you are Anti-Russia, that's understandable but the facts remain the facts and they can't be twisted.
