Expansion of NATO will lead to nuclear confrontation, it is better for these countries debating NATO membership to just remain neutral, they should adhere to the Minsk agreement. Agreements aren't pulled out from like that, When Adolf Hitler pulled out of the Non- Agression Pact signed with Josef Stalin of Soviet Union, by invading Ukraine, part of Soviet Union in WW11 . This led to drawing Soviet Union into the conflict which led to the downfall of Hitler. There was no agreement. There was a meeting actually but no legal agreement. Putin has long been told to provide the agreement if anything was signed.
