Hahaha..that one got him.

Sorry to disappoint you, that's the present condition of owerri your state capital, even Aba is now looking better than Owerri. Aba equally has flyover but Owerri is yet to have one functioning flyover. Shame.

Owerri is dirtier than Aba. International and national emergency should declared in owerri and imo state in general in the areas of filth and bad roads.

Imo is a failed state
Another rubbish! Ain't you ashmed of yourself? The dirty air you breath is obviously disturbing you. . I would advise you relocate to owerri.

My environment is clean and decent, the question is have you cleaned owerri as shown below? Have you now seen why imo indigenes would rather die in Onitsha than return to owerri. cheesy
I think you should be more concerned about Anambra onitsha because a state emergency hasn't been declared in owerri ever

I know I will definitely get a response from a pig.. .

Owerri is more classical than the whole of Anambra;

At least Anambra should have a functional waste management system to begin with

I hope you know you started this nonsense on this and the Imo thread!? If you can’t make constructive criticism without resorting to calling anyone a pig, then could you leave the thread for those who can?

Hillview Estate Onitsha

The Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, has removed structures at Hillview Estate, Nkwelle-Ezunaka erected in contravention of structural codes guiding development in the area

The team, led by the Head, Development Control of the Corporation, Mr Ben Nwofor, said that the developers of affected structures failed to follow the mandatory consent for structural development issued by Anambra State Government through the Anambra State Housing Development Corporation.

Correspondent Blessing Uchendu reports that the enforcement team comprise officials of Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, and security agents, among others.

On arrival at the estate, it was discovered that structures were either erected on roadsides, waterways or private property.

The team leader, Mr Nwofor, in an interview, said that the Board’s mandate is to ensure controlled development across the estate, pointing out that the erected structures contravene the building code existing in the estate drawing.

He disclosed that the Board issued directives to developers of the structures against building without the approval plan and wondered why they defied the order and advised developers in that estate to have a rethink.

On her part, a surveyor with the Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Mrs Oluebube Godwin, said that the reason for the approvals is to ensure that projects are appropriately sited. UPSOT

Hillview Estate is managed by Anambra State Housing Development Corporation.
