A pangolin.
It is on the list of endangered species in sub Saharan Africa, sadly.
The Chinese pay local hunters a pittance to hunt these animals in their hundreds for export to China.
The Chinese use their scales for herbal remedies.

harmless animal..the scale of a pangolin is expensive in the black market .ops no go throwway the scale o..China ppl dey buy am.
