I haven't taken the essay assessment yet. I however, passed the online assessment test recently for the Meristem Starlet Pogram. I have not been scheduled for the essay assessment yet. Could you give me pointers as to what the essay assessment could entail? Seeing that you have taken it yourself. Thank you.

For those people that have written the test before please kindly be of help to those of us that are yet to and give us a guide on what to expect at different stages of the recruitment process.

it's a gamified test. You have less than 5 seconds to answer some of the games. Just be alert and be sure of what the games requires you would be allowed to practice. Time is the main issue before you realize what's happening the question would have disappeared. Know your multiplication tables too. There's a section for 50 questions within 15 minutes just answer answer what you know and skip what you don't know try to answer as many as possible.

And what materials would someone who has done this before recommend for the preparation.

For a reason best known to Meristem, they didn't send the link for the assessment.
Could it be that the HR in charge forgot while celebrating Christ or scheduling today was an error?

I hope they don't reschedule the test to be on a work day o.

Obviously... They have rescheduled the test. Pls does anyone has an hint on how the test will be structured? Possibly, the materials to study for the assessment.

I am not sure... But since it's through an agent I think it's fair enough.

How can a thread b created since 2020 and all you can see is, "I have received a mail for the assessment", "I have been invited for an essay", "I have done an online video interview", and many other information that is not helping anyone?

Never knew people could be this selfish that sharing vital information about the recruitment process to help other candidates and future candidates is so difficult. No one talked about the structure of the assessment, the interview, or mentioned anything about the essay topic, quite pathetic.
For those that got in 2020 and withheld information, I hope you are satisfied with yourself now. Secondary school behavior, I would call it.
