It never arrived. Tracking says it has arrived at country of destination but no indication of it being scanned by IMPC
I contacted NIPOST and they said the package isn't with them.
I got my refund though

I ordered something on 11/11 2021. It just got to me last week. But issue is that one of the ears is not working.

At first I wanted to just move on but when I posted the review, I mentioned the fact that one was not working.

The seller told me to do a video of the issue and send. As if he wants to refund me.

I have done that but s/he keeps replying with the same annoying sentence that I should do a video of the problem.

I want to ask, do I stand a chance if I create a dispute?

This morning screen went crazy and I can’t use the phone again , I’ve opened dispute and forwarded evidence .
My problem now is I’m trying to buy another but this new limit is stopping me and barter rate isn’t here.
They want to charger 588 per dollar
Any way to go around this

Collected my phone yesterday. These NIPOST people extorted me. I was asked to pay 23k customs duty at the NIPOST office, and that was after I lied that the value of the phone was 118,000. I eventually paid 5k after gisting with the woman for almost one hour.

You paid 5k for NCS duty or you just dash them? NCS duty isn't negotiable cuz it always comes with NCS invoice and it's from NCS desk office from impc which makes it non-negotiable except you write to them in Lagos.

This kind payment is what me no de like. They didn't extort you, you actually extorted yourself cuz you've been here for long to know more about NCS ish.
