If you go through this route you will complicate things now or in the future.
You are lucky you didn't get a ban for misrepresentation during your visit visa application.

You need to find out more what your agent filled for you then and come out clean and rectify the issue now.Whatever cover letter to explain the issue/apologize for deception.Hopefully it doesn't affect so much

If you continue to cover up this deception it will come to light one day and spoil years of hard work and planning.

Not all NHS roles allow you to work more than 20 hours as a student. Working over 20 hours is a contravention of student visa rules; some people getting away with it due to ECO oversight doesn’t mean that everyone will.
