I didn't actually ask the partner, but during the first interview I ask they said after the pi it will be medical and offer but on the time they weren't specific but told me it will not take long. So when I heard it will not be long then, I thought by now we should have been rounding off with the recruitment.

Have you gotten any mail since the document confirmation? I did my documentation almost a month ago and haven't gotten any mail from them. Is this issue peculiar to the Financial Advisory Unit?
