Yes it normally used to ask for update twice and then prior to the incident I was sending bulk messages on WhatsApp before it did this.

What's causing this? My system has been showing this error during startup and anytime I tried to shutdown/hibernate the system it turns back ON on it's own.

Hi guys, bought this laptop last year october...work up one morning january 14, pressed the power button but the PC don't wanna ON...took it to repair and the power is showing but it's not displaying...the downloaded a Bios online but it was only showing a blanck screen no Characters

The engineer said he need the exact laptop to copy it bios...but the problem is finding the exact laptop is the problem...

Pls i really need assistant sice january i haven't used my laptop

Fault can be the screen or from motherboard.

Ok,it's not something you can do your own cos it's either the power button is faulty or in most cases the power button is not getting the required 3.3v to trigger it.

I'll suggest you see a laptop technician or if you're in lag I can fix it for you.

Windows will not load its showing : Preparing automatic repair and wouldn't move past that. I am resetting the system to see if it works

Seems there is a stubborn guy in the folder so I’d advise you first of all delete the boys in the folder and then get to confirm the stubborn guy affect the whole folder.
