True that the parents could play a role in their development, but children nowadays go bad if they want to, and their parents would never know how damaged their kids have been as a result of her hiding her badside to the parents.

It might be too early to make conclusions out of this case - as the issue is still at the level of accusations and counters accusations.

One thing is clear, though - the male would usually be accused of being the rapist even when the video in circulation, indicates that the sex was largely consensual and was even riding the boy's dick with enthusiasm, like one who enjoys sex and has had prior sexual experience (which speak badly of how she was raised by her parents). The mother's claim on video that her daughter was raped with other background stories attached to it, seem to lack cohesion, largely appealing emotionally to people's anti-rape sentiments. I could be wrong though. This is a personal opinion.

I think the only big issue here is the school being accused of negligence since the act was done while they were in "care of the school".

I'm no legal expert but I'm aware that in such situation where a legal adult (16 years/18 years of age, above depending on the jurisdiction) and a minor (below 16 years/18 years of age, depending on the jurisdiction) are engaged in sexual intercourse or make an attempt at it, it is regarded as STATUTORY RAPE even if the minor involved is willing, and the sex, consensual. I'd love to know what the law thinks of this, as it regards this video where both boy and girl involved, appear to be legal minors.

Zabiboy, one also has to be careful as a lot of countries around the world, including Nigeria has serious penal laws for having asexually a explicit photos or videos of minors in possession (in whatever form) whether you are aware or ignorant of it. It is regarded as aiding and abetting in the crime of CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. Just watch and delete.
