Please who knows a good way to relieve waist pain in pregnancy?

The pregnancy is only 4 months now but I can't sit or stand for long if not it becomes severe.
There was a day I nearly fell down in kitchen because I was cooking a lot of food and had to stand for hours, the pain was very bad.

I only get mild relief after lying down for some time and I can't afford to lie down because there is too much work to do, both house and office work.

I suspect something wrong too abeg, no sane pharmacist will recommend a drug that's strong enough to remove an already formed baby.

Am so angry reading this ma,ha nooo I will deal with him he will forget and ask himself wat he did wrong. Some men are heart less. Kokaiye, do the little you can do and rest. Just try to share the work on different days that way you can do them conveniently.
For example, cook for a week or 2 on Monday and stock the freezer with it
Wash clothes on Tuesday etc
It's not easy nursing a baby without help. The day you can't do anything, don't do and attend to yourself and your baby
Try to rest so you don't break down mentally and physically. A friend of mine will say them no dey give medal for strongest woman especially one way just born.
