While nationalizing western assets and cash while making Russia very prosperous will undermine future investment in the country and have an effect on FDI( foreign direct investment). So stop wailing, you are not wiser than both parties, you are just hurt.

There is a big difference between pulling out with your investment or should I say divesting and suspending operations with your capital both cash and infrastructure withheld. The west is mostly capitalist/private driven, so yes, it has a big bearing on their economy. However you want to spin it to make yourself feel good, it’s a loss for the west if they try and a massive gain for Russia, so they will not dare. This is the reason they have never contemplated.
