I think the appointment booking problem is an issue right now. When they fix themselves, we do biometrics. Thanks for those who responded.

Just saying there are better ways to make that known. Enjoy the rest of your day!
It is better not to give false answers, like DVM being evaluated by MCC I read somewhere or PR applying for spouse from outside Canada. ednut1 gave him his thoughts. We are all different, approach things differently.

Baby not updated yet
Just the generic webform response is all I have gotten so far and calling them has been problematic for me. Hopefully I see results soon

Gotten an answer?
Added your baby now?

Lmao cheesy do I sense a poor attempt of you trying to throw a shade cheesy The DVM post sounds familiar but if you checked without the mindset of responding to make your approach correct, you would see where the statement ends with the recipient doing his research. At least those people who made the post were polite while being helpful and they added a disclaimer. The genesis of the comment was about you not being polite. No one works with IRCC, we are all helping to the best of our knowledge. At least we all make an effort and not expecting to receive without giving anything at all. I do hope you take these corrections without taking it too personal. I will not be engaging you further so as to not make the thread unnecessarily long.

I won't take anything personally. I am bigger than that and you can never tell me how to behave. How do you measure politeness? People who ask that kind of baby question never research a thing I tell you.

What is the exact issue you’re facing? Is it that when you login, you don’t get dates? The website is not opening or what exactly is the issue?

No dates for selection. Which means no booking is possible. I know it may be a glitch but getting them to know this, is what I am trying to achieve.

IMO best time is post AOR, pre PPR, pre COPR. Read FAQ 34 on page 1 please.

Your CRS will not be recalculated (no ECA or IELTS required), but new spouse will need to do medicals and PCC. You will also need to increase POF to cover family of 2 instead of 1. It may add more time to your processing compared to if you remained single. However, I suspect it's typically shorter than sponsorship, which is the only route I know of, if you marry after landing. To sponsor spouse, the PR must be living in Canada. Read here for more info on sponsorship:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/spouse-partner-children/eligibility.html

Please is it that the new spouse will not need to do biometrics cos u didn’t mention it in ur write up.. I am asking because I am in the same shoes, my husband added me Post AOR july 2021 then I was added to his profile in February 2022 and I also got medicals request in February also. Medicals have been done and passed since March 17th and we have heard nothing from them since then.

Newly added spouse (just married) needs to do biometrics. I will edit my post.

Pester them with webforms and emails. We don't know if they read them at all but, at least it's something we can do. You are more than halfway there already, you'll get a biometrics invitation letter soon.........and after that......PPR.

You will get biometrics request unless you've done for Canada in the last few years i think. that one would still be applicable to this PR application.

I just went through the work hours on IRCC. I claimed 3yrs and the total hours is 1440 which is not up to 1yr. I was supposed to write 50hrs, i am really confused

35-40 hours a week is ideal. What was in your RL?

I am not sure, but I do not think IRCC Ghana accepts passports directly from clients/candidates. Someone should confirm, please.

Yes. But wasn't he asking that if passports can be sent directly to Ghana IRCC (Ghana IRCC is different from Ghana VFS).

You have to send to CVAC. You can only send directly to IRCC if they email you and ask for an additional document to be sent to them directly. Example, in the case of a missing passport photo.

Not possible. If it were possible, Accra Vfs will become redundant.

Its a private company and inworkinwork 10hrs daily. The reference letter has 10hrs daily. I have updated my profile to 50hrs weekly. The only issue i have is that my score increased from 1008 to 1033. I want to attach an LOE too stating ii mistakenly quoted the hours per day rather than per week. Will this be termed misrepresentation? My score did not go below the cut off either.

My mind says they will introduce a lottery system. The number of people in the pool by this time is just too large to start any conventional draws
