You only use this if you can demonstrate CONVINCINGLY with evidence the relationship between yourself and that third party.

Hello all,

At last I got my PPR today after 5 months and 3 weeks , almost 6 months and 26 days after bvl The waiting was excruciating.

Special thanks to the rear gem on this platform @makano. He is truly competent in visa processing. I almost gave up but he gave me some advices yesterday on how to mail IRCC which I followed through and my PPR came within 24 hrs

Infact my application was part of those he posted yesterday with bvl and no PPR for 26 days.

This is my timeline:

Application date: 10th Nov,2021

Biometrics: 12th Nov,2021

Medical request: 15th March, 2022

BVL: 24th March,2022

PPR: 20th April, 2022

Like I said earlier, special thanks to Makano. I am a silent member on this group but I got a lot of information here that helped me. Makano kept reassuring me when I was down.He is vast in the visa processing and also very compassionate. God bless you greatly sir.

God bless everyone here taking their time to share their timelines. I would be an ingrate not to share mine.

For all other waiting, it shall all end in praise

Nice document arrangement.

I will suggest you do a property valuation for your land instead of selling and include the report showing the worth.

Moreso, Tell your husband to get a verification letter from his place of work being address to the embassy.. The letter will state that they are aware his intention to sponsor you and then give a good details of his job and annual Salary in total earning

Furthermore, let your husband do an affidavit for you to sponsor which will carry both passport photograph. The content must have the details of your school and duration.

In conclusion, A written letter from your husband address to the embassy on how he intend to sponsor you with details of his occupation and properties.

Vikky05:

Thank you so much just mellow. I will have to restrategize my application.

My 2years tuition is $35,740 (including books, insurance etc) my mum is paying $17,870 which is the 1st year required by school. 2nd year is $17,870.
The issue is My sponsor (my mum) can't put so much money in her account because once it's plenty, she pays her seller (Nestle food) with it. Hence, she wants to use FD for 2nd year tuition. Hope this works.

For my husband and i's living expenses, I will put all the gift deed (9-10m) in my account and run it like you said for 4months before printing SOA, I'm a business woman with 2 businesses, one has a bank account and the other (event planning) doesn't, hope I can use it as source of funds for the amount in my account ?? I've contracts and my social media page to show source.

I won't put my husbands statement because its not sufficient. I will use the land we want to sell for home ties then.
