Don't waste your time contacting any dealer, for there is a recent directive from CBN which has now placed most bank card under $20 dollar spending limit per month. You can imagine what most people have been battling with including myself.
Except you are trying to purchase something less than $20.

Stop possibly a signed MoU? It's your post office that's charging you N500. You may contest it directly or write the PMG about it. I get charged too but not as much as that.
