It's always tough when stepping into a big man's shoe especially when the big man still hangs around. The quick solution would be for Alex Ferguson to leave the club totally. He should be removed from the board as his shadows still hovers around. Think about any of the great clubs that have changed coach, especially changing a great coach. They don't keep that figure around. He knows too much and that will keep most coaches on the edge.
