No sane government would sit and watch his state become battered with insecurity the way Kaduna has experienced in recent times; not even with the formidable military presence in Kaduna.

He's kept quiet for so long and the so called intel gathered has not been used to improve security in his state. He feels it's time for him to voice out so the passers-by wouldn't think otherwise.
