We don't have the full gist yet. So I'm not for or against anybody. What of rider insisted on the driver bringing the items back and didn't want to request another ride

How can you request a ride when you're currently on another ride?

Though rider said he ask the driver let him change the address to return the item but already the guy was paranoid at the point.

Since we can't hear from the driver I believe the way and manner the rider handled the issue too was not professional as well, I believe he too was authoritative due to the worth of the item he sent so he may think being authoritative would make the driver adhered to his command.

Let the ride share details of the trips here let's check something out, we have able men that can profile the driver to hear his side of the story.

Abuja is not too big with much population for someone to run.

Rider shouldn't have reported the trip yet, because he just blow up his chances of finding that guy already, if not it would have taken just 5 persons with 2 phones each just a maximum of 2hrs to fish out the guy.

It is well sha

For instance you are looking for a destination trip home from the island, then you get this delivery trip and because there are issues with the recipient (which may not be driver's fault) rider now said you should return the items to him on the island. Is it that easy when you've already called it a day? I'm not saying that's what happened but it may be something similar

Where does Sienna vehicles going to Ghana load in Lagos?

I picked up a man at the Int'L airport I thin last week Friday to Ekero Rd side and as we got talking I asked him why he didn't use road cos my client that left for Ghana Whit his wife last month said flirt to Ghana is way too expensive so he rather do road.

This man then said all borders are closed for road users, I was like are sure are you about this? A client left for Ghana just last month here Bros and a week after I picked up a girl from.GUO at Jibowu who just returned from Ghana as well by road so oga I know what I'm saying, as if this wanted to prove to me he knows better he then called his guy whom I suppose is either a manager or loader or maybe his trusted travel informat for confirmation if my claims and the phone was in speaker, the guy in the other end of the phone seems to know him very well as he greeted him well.

My claims where confirmed but the guy went ahead to say, Ghana especially gave them i.e we Nigerian transport services conditions to fulfill to get an operating license.

1. All buses shuttling that corridor must be brand new.
2. Must have their citizen (ghanians) employed as drivers and terminal managers in Ghana

And some other rules I didn't pay attention to.

So at the moment negotiation is still on going because most (they) can't really afford new buses. So most buses going now is either border dispatch or something...

This information is highly legit

Not supporting the Bolt guy, but some riders sha... (if you are sending a package, you should try to prep up the receiver to be on the alert to receive the package). Not expecting the Bolt driver to do full delivery for you.. (this is d main crux of the whole wahala ).

At Banex, parking is always a problem, the place is too tight, to compound things, the receiver might even be on the 2nd or 3rd floor if you park anyhow and leave your car, they could brush your mirror or someone cud block you.

You see?

That was how I went o deliver some food for one of my offline client some months back at 1004 housing estate, ikoyi tabi VI selfgrin

Called this woman the receiver b4 leaving pup in present of the sender that I was already on my way o.

Trip was from Abule Egba, got to 1004 in less than 45min, and called receiver, this woman said "bring it up na" and hanged up.

Shuu!! Shey this woman dey kolo ni? Shey Ogun won kill ur generation? I called her back and tried to explain to her back to explain to her in the best calm voice I could but she was still insisting I must deliver the package to the last floor that that's how every delivery guy does, madam I'm sorry I'm not a delivery person oh it's Uber and I'm sorry I can't step out of my car. I didn't want to spoil things too much by talking plenty, I just hanged up while she was still talking and fire up a call to the sender to explain to her.

That one apologize for her behavior and made me understood that's how client behave most time that I should calm down, I don't want to spoil business for her and also for me too I told her no issues.

5min later I saw 2 persons a guy and a female down stairs, handed over the 7plates of food to them and left.

If no be say na my offline client I swear I for carry the food go do shara to those beggers at freedom waycheesy

So sometimes riders can be so annoying but one needs maturity n calmness to handle them and I must tell you it's pays off most of the time

I've been a ghost reader here but I need your help and suggestions.

my Camry 2007 works fine but I noticed that whenever I'm in motion and I slow down, if I want to accelerate back, it doesn't pick at once. I have to press like twice or thrice before it picks up.
I guessed it was d trans(just a guess) nd I checked the trans oil.
It was brown(not black nor pink nor purple) but at the normal mark.
Now, I've decided to change it.
So,
1. pls can it truly be the transmission oil.
2. How do I recognise fake and original Toyota WS fluid?

I'd really appreciate your kind and genuine response

First thing to do is to scan the car.
second thing to do is to work with the scan results
third thing to do is to not allow Kazeem mess up your car by doing guess work repair.
finally Ask GAZZUZZ

Check your spark plugs and also change the trans oil. To know the one to buy, get from a trusted spare parts shop.

Good evening everyone. Well am here to give feed back as regards the matter on ground. Which you all know already.

I was able to speak with the driver today. And here is what he told me
(1) The car is Tokunbo. He was the first person to drive it when it got to Naija
(2) Weekly pay is 40
(3) He service the car by himself
(4 ) His been driving the car for seven months now
(5) His to pay the partner 2.8millions for off set and get ownership of car
(6) Interest on loan from the bank will cost 1.3 millions ( meaning 1.4+ 2.cool
(7)The only guy that has information about Uber fails to tell him as regards weekly pay. So, there were never first hand infor before he went in.

At this junction, what should he do?
Pls this is a crucial matter. I don't want to regret ever involving myself.
Happy Weekend To You All.

Let him continue his contract.
He can review the aspect of giving the partner the car on Fridays.
But if partner refuses, let him continue, He has started already, put in more effort and use Fridays as one of his rest days.
If he can pay more weekly so as to finish d payment on time, better for him.
Provided car is sound and not giving issues every time then he can do it...
Loan that will attract interest again is double payment, and he will default cos that one is monthly payment. There is a way weekly payments puts people on their toes.
The Lord will give him strength and show him mercy.
That's all I can say.

While this reason is valid, Abuja is not like Lagos where there’s traffic everywhere and touts, lastma and co won’t let you see the light of day. Even the ever busy banex is not bad at all.

The driver is either being emotional or a thief. If the driver had good intentions, he could have simply ended the ride and asked the rider to request another to deliver the items back to him.

You gerrit. So everybody saying driver should have returned the items should put this scenario into consideration. As far as I'm concerned, driver has completed the trip which was point A to point B. Asking driver to go from point B to point A is another trip entirely which driver has the right to either accept or decline

Happy Weekend To You All.

Scenarios:

If he gets the money from the bank, he would be able to afford a tokunbo car and work on his terms even though he’s paying 1.3 million interest for it.

If he’s unable to meet up with current weekly payments, owner will retrieve the car and his sweat goes down the drain.

If in the course of using the car on Fridays, owner gets involved in an accident, what happens to his payments so far? Downtime? Cost of repairs? State of car?

How could he have signed a 4 million naira contract without getting all the info needed.

In my opinion, He should forfeit the money paid and get that loan. The loss (1.12 remittance) should serve as punishment not doing due diligence.

You are right. I nearly held on to items a girl wanted delivered early this year on Indriver. She put Lekki Paradise 2 whereas receiver dey paradise 3. I got to know this when I reached paradise 2. Called the sender only for her to begin insulting me, that I should just take the item to Paradise 3. For those who know these estates, they are not at the same location. Ok sender you will add something to your money o. Na so she change am for me o. Las las I carry items go house that day. She resorted to begging the following day and luckily for her she stays close to me. If not, I would have helped her use bolt to return them so that she pays more.

Delivery trips dey most times get k leg.
