I don’t think so. Training is for those under 28 years. And only if you are in operations. Admin staff don’t go for training. And I was told salary is not the same. Like those in operations earn more than the admin staff.

Seeing this reminds me, someone called me last week asking if I've gotten a text and i answered no and he said he'll get back to me and ended the call, so i searched the number on truecaller and it showed a name with AGF initials. Anyway I was confused so i called the guy back and asked who he was and he said he's calling from Abuja, Nigerian law school, that he'll get back to me, so i said okay �, up till now he hasn't called back. Hmmm.....thank you bro. Is this the same for all cadre of staff? I mean, do they put the female staff through the same rigorous trainings? How about staff who will not be main operatives but desk staff like accountants, auditors etc. My wife is in her late twenties, she has a bachelor and master degree in sociology.

They only make that exception for experience hire but if you are joining from scratch everybody must go through that training and they do beat them especially those small NDA Thama 3 boy that will be given to them as instructors for some months... So that place is not for a pregnant woman
