I think the recent abduction of 10 Herders and 300 cows in Anambra maybe a Political statement than ordinary kidnapping , clearly money is not the motive for this kidnapping

You cannot demand only 4 million when the street value of the 300 cows even at 150k is 45 million naira plus the 10 Herders , minimum of 50 millon make sense .

So those behind this abduction are not looking for cash , an AK-47 assault rifle is more important to them , so I think it's a political statement to scare other Herders away from Anambra state especially as the deadline given by IPOB DOS starts this week on 27th April 2022

I'm typically the type that will take a neutral position in all of this drama especially when it involves IPOB, but on this one, I absolutely stand with ESN...we have to go back to the more civilized method of livestock and cattle ranching, let anyone in Igboland who wants to go in the private business of ranching have his/her name registered in their respective units/communities, since IPOB are now the de facto custodians of law in the East, then ESN will enforce the open grazing ban by ANY MEANS NECESSARY (and we already know how ruthless these guys can be ), let the law abiding fulanis with pure intents across the South Easr register their livestocks for strictly private ranching, if they refuse to heed to the new order of things then they can pack their rubbish and leave the East or face a massacre of unprecedented brutality. I'm sure their yoruba cousins and the good people of Benue state will gladly welcome them.

I tell you they can just decieve their social media urchins on nairaland ,but the fact is the more they kill people and burn down houses the more the people hate them and celebrate when they are killed,

The method the army and police is fighting insecurities in the east is just breeding hate and revenge ,and when you kill someone brother and burn down their family house what do you expect the person to do and when revenge set in every reasoning is blown away.
