I feel your pain young LAD, don’t beat yourself too hard we all make mistakes, you can easily change it all at ease in a couple of years, by start living healthy, making good decisions, trying to keep your peace, go out often to places you feel comfortable and have good conversations with that you can beat the poor communication issues, masturbation and help to improve your communication with the opposite sex, as well help to build your sex life while anger become a thing of the past smiley

Take hold of these 5 points
You actually need to work more on your mindset than those bad habits you listed.

You should pity yourself and not your future spouse as everyone is responsible for what they do with their lives.

People can change at anytime either positively or negatively and you are not excluded.

You need to do away with those self-destructive behavior you are into.

Your thoughts are heavily polluted. You must change the way you think if you don't want to remain the same
