imarrpopson:Your reference should state that you worked for a year so if you can get the employer to write a letter saying that you worked for one year because the last three weeks for Nysc is considered as leave. Please double check when your first and last payment was received to do the math and be sure you haven’t lumped up the dates. Your letter should start from when the month you camped. All you need to show your work experience is just your reference letter. Per adventure your bank statement is requested, provide the bank statement alongside an explanation letter showing the lump sum in October is your payment for two months. |

Hello, house! I have an issue. I'm expecting that I'll get ITA in July, as my score is above 500. However, my POF has only been in the account for 2 months, and I know that the average duration required is 6 months. What can I do now? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by imarrpopson: 11:00am On Apr 26, 2022 |
Martinkev: If you get an ITA by July, you'd probably submit by August. That is 4 months from now and since your POF is 2 months old, it should be 6 months old then or roughly 6 months old. You should be fine. Don’t touch the funds till then. My POF is also 2 months and 2 weeks old. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Martinkev:where do you guys get this 6 months stuff from If you are using a gift deed, sale of car, land or house etc. it can stay for a day. My pof was in my account for a week or so back then before submission. If you are using your personal savings ircc is expecting to see 6 months average balance, which majority of Nigerian bank wont provide, hence why some people submit 6 months bank statement to show no lump sum is in the account. It’s logical to have lets say 3m 6 months ago, then monthly addition of 250k from salary . If account statement is showing you had 200k 6 months ago then next month 2m enter then another 2.5m enter and its not from gift deed or asset sale. Wahala go dey 4 Likes 1 Share

Martinkev: Tbh, your POF doesn’t exactly have to have been in your account for up to 6 months, the VO just has to be convinced it’s yours. My POF was deposited in bits into the account I used, with the last deposit made 1month to my AOR. First deposit was 6 months to AOR and all deposits weren’t even from me. I didn’t even use 1 account or 1 institution. Yet I’ve gotten PPR and had no ADR for POF. Just do what you can to convince the VO that the money is yours 3 Likes 1 Share |

no rule stating that POF must be in the account for 6 months before submission. just that your statement or bank letter should include 6months average balance. Then you need to explain how you came about funds. maybe salary, saving or Gift deed. Martinkev: 2 Likes 1 Share |

imarrpopson:There is no rule that says POF must be in your account for 6 months. Discard that information. If the POF is a lump sum, then you need to provide an explanation as to how you got the funds. eg Gift deed, sale of property etc Cc:MartinKev 3 Likes 1 Share |

Good afternoon everyone. Please I need help with my situation. Let's say my surname from birth is Mango and I got married to a man whose surname is Orange. I applied to IQAS in with the surname Mango-Orange. They assessed my credentials which bore Mango as my surname and gave a favourable report. However, my international passport bears Mango as my surname and I know that one has to use the name on one's passport in creating an EE profile. Do you think it it advisable to tell IQAS to change my name or do I wait to get to that point where I would have to provide all the names I have ever been known by and possibly submit an affidavit of same person? Thank you. |
