Fdj has been inconsistent especially in the later half of this season, Good against sociedad, bad against rayo, But for now he provides a little strength in that midfield and positional balance, My own take is that if he's going to be kicked out cause it seems like it already we need another strong presence to partner gavi or pedri in that midfield, Leaving pedri and gavi with busquets as the dm against strong high intensity pressing teams is suicide

Baba they are both inconsistent in recent times. Gavi self suppose dey bench dey watch older and experienced players. Gavi especially has great great potential, he will be a great player but he's been off recently and its proof that he's just a very young lad.

Better as a DM, he's more of a deep lying playmaker like busquets rather than a destroyer tough tackling DM and he can hit long range shots well, Frenkie is the better CM and midfielder all round but if Barca brings him, it might mean fdj might be let go cause he can't play DM well and we'll have a midfield overcrowd
