Let igbos begin to promote their preferred candidate instead of wasting time to condemn others.

No political party will hand over their ticket to any one on a plater of gold.

This line doesn't sell again... PETER OBI IS IGBOS CANDIDATE.. but in APC I like osinbajo

This your conspiracy theory is only good for Nollywood. Northern Nigeria constitue more than 200 tribes, but choose to unite in their diversity, however Southerners are always quick to bring tribal sentiments as against their unity. Imagine igbos marginalizing Ikewere people because they aren't ibo enough.
Your last statement is ignorantly and arrogantly false... It is even the igbos trying to unify but instead insult us for political gains.. we therefore leave them to themselves.

If truly afenefere wants Igbo presidency, then it means afenefere means unity for Nigeria.
But mind you, it may be a disguise because they know only an Igbo man can divide Nigeria and achieve breakaway

You hate other ethnic group and now want to be their President. Well Afenifere are on their own

Now define the word hate?... Due to civil war, everyone wants to curry favour from the North. from WEST, MIDDLE BELT down to the NIGER DELTA and they know the fastest way to do that is to be vindictive to igbos. When the igbos retaliate with same energy, you guys then call it hate. If preserving our pride is called hate, bro... I'm very much happy to be filled with it. GRACIAS

Any Nigerian that thinks he has the capacity to rule, must work to build bridges & gain his supposed citizens trust. You can't wail to secure presidency, emotional black will only get you online sympathy votes.

I pity you, you don't know what is happening in this country...

Oya read this...

Chief Ayo Adebanjo, leader, Afenifere disclosed that the reason why the South-East region had not ruled was because the Northern people did not want to give up power and had further devised a means to ensure that the Southern region remained divided.

"I asked Tinubu; do you believe they will make you president? [s] They have asked Osinbajo to contest, they wanted to divide the West first, then they went to the south. [/s] I am appealing to South-South candidates; Wike and others, they are not helping the issue, they are helping the North; it is a game to divide us, even in the South-East. The North doesn't want to yield power and they know the way to do it is to divide the country. The problem is ourselves; let us unite" he said.

That means Osinbajo is a mumu. Am I correct?

Abeg make una de count North Central out of una mumu thoughts.
You can specifically mention states like Plateau and Benue only (as middle belt?).
Nasarawa, Niger, Kogi, Kwara...
Common those shouldn't be part of your howler and miscalculations.

You can't get presidency by threats and emotional displays... Not done anywhere in the civilized world.

You get presidency by lobbying, building bridges, mending fences, etc!

You start from the top political parties who hold the keys to electoral victories! Get in the rank and file, build a stronghold, get the ticket, and off you go!

You can't just sit somewhere in seclusion making demands! Others who got there didn't do that from afar off.
Must there be lobbying what kind of demonic reasoning is this?

If 2023 election is about the next generation, why don't you consider giving Mr Peter Obi the opportunity to revive the economy.

Na play na play, 4 to 8 years go just go; graduates are churned out, more children are born, more dreams should be realised.

You know Mr Peter Obi will not steal. He will lead others to save billions of dollars from being wasted in the name of budget padding...

He has the blueprint already...2023 should be about the economy. Take care of the economy, give youths jobs, then banditry, terrorism, other vices won't be attractive...

Nigerians: This is our chance! Let every tribe, tongue, religion, group, body support Mr Peter Obi. You know he is the man for the job...

Is it Middle Belt or Middle Bet?

I've said this.... This country will not function if an Igbo man is denied the privilege to become a president....

The only region left to fetch a president since 1999 is the East and the Middle Belt also known as the North Central...

If the North central have decided to support the eastern states to bring a president, then the west should shove in their pride... Because they've had Obasanjo ruled this country.... And did nothing, so Tinubu won't make any difference as well.....

Jonathan represented the Igbo too , sebi Jonathan is also Biafra

Another hunger and killing? A threat or what? The people that killed are the ones getting killed while hunger is for the lazy arsses.

Tinubu is the next president of the fed rep of the zoo Nigeria. So, with regards your threat, that one is for your igwes not me.

Error 101. Fallacy of hasty generalization.

Stop assuming that everyone who speaks of equity and fairness is Igbo. I am definitely not Igbo and can't even speak a full sentence of Igbo.

There is a no harm in voting for a Northern candidate as long as he is beleived to be competent.

Buhari's tenure and open marginalization of the Igbos who he believes are inconsequential has opened everyone's eyes to the nasty game that the northerners have been running for decades.

Stop assuming that Yorubas will not vote for an Igbo candidate. The hunger suffering and tribulation of the last seven years have cured a lot of Nigerians of their tribalism.

All Obi's campaign needs to be repeating is that

" hunger knows no tribe " vote for competency
" bullet no dey look face" vote for competency
Suffering no know your state of origin" vote for competency.

That is the message that will resonate deeply with Nigerians if he wins his party ticket

Neither am I Yoruba, hence making you even guiltier of the hasty generalization you accused me of.

How come the Obasanjo and Yaradua whom you argue Igbos' voted for because of competence both left Nigeria worse than they met it? The two major indicies of measuring the competence of a government are security and Economic growth.
Obasanjo met Dollar at N20 but after his eight years the Dollar was at N120....a 500% increase. On security, Obasanjo inherited only OPC from Abdulsalam but handed Yaradua a Nigeria riddled with insecurity outfits like Boko Haram, Niger Delta Militants, MASSOB, etc.
Then the "equally" competent Yaradua whom Igbos fell over one another to vote for inherited Dollar at N120 but within his 2½ years the Dollar was already at N170. He inherited mild Niger Delta militancy from Obasanjo but handed Jonathan a very cancerous form of it together with Fulani herdsmen menace which started in Plateau State in 2009 right under his nose.

The red pill which your idealistic likes are yet to swallow is that as long as we keep up with this unitary constitution which overconcentrates powers and revenues at the center, there will always be the fear that the tribe which clinches power at the center will tend to favour her members and home region above all others and the need to act in self defense on the part of all other tribes will always precipitate tribal consciousness and its attendant tribalism.
You can't preach tribalism out of existence any more than you can do same for corruption for these are natural human tendencies which we are all born with even though they have negative effects on the society. You rather organize the society in such a way that reduces as much as possible the need for people to hold tight to these vices and that is why we ask for true federalism which places most powers and revenues at the state level in order that people will hold their governors responsible and don't really care who the president is or what tribe he comes from.
The fact that we have had Yoruba President, Fulani presidents, Ijaw president, Hausa Vice president, Yoruba vice president, Ijaw vice president and Fulani vice president yet Nigeria is worse than it was in 1999 should have been an evidence to you that it is not by ethnicity thus Igbo presidency will equally fail us. Therefore what Nigeria has always needed and still needs now is a president that is favourably disposed to restructuring back to the true federalism which Igbos' destroyed in 1966. Whoever among the present contestants is most pro-restructuring is the person who should be voted for by any voter sincerely committed to a New Nigeria that works for everyone regardless of status be he Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba, Igbo, Bini, Urhobo, Efik, Ijaw, Igala, Esan, Etuno, Okpameri, Etsako, Ibibio, Ogoja, Itsekiri, Isoko, Ekpeye, Ikwerre, Ogoni, Anioma, etc. All this talk about Igbo presidency is a fall out of the tribalistic consciousness that only Igbos are Wazobians yet to rule and not about a better Nigeria.
