Except he wants you to be anorexic, there is nothing wrong with your weight. I have seen your picture here and I can tell you can’t be more than 20 because you still have that juvenile frame.

That said, I am about 66kg now. 5’10, hips is 44”, waist is 32”. No one calls me fat. If you maintain a good waist to hips ratio and you have the height, you would be fine. Highest they would say you are thick or huge.

For those complaining of not putting on enough, go start lifting weights, squats, deadlifts, and maybe bench press.

Eat enough carbs and proteins, Drink enough water. In fact, when you start lifting, in a while you'll notice a difference in your consumption.

I'll be 24 by December, the juvenile frame gats stick on me because of sleepless nights, and overload of stress . My height is 5'9, waist is 27 but my laps is very thick mam... Especially anytime close to my period, I'll feel automatically bloated

The word "short" is an adjective and not an insult. If you're not tall, you're short. For someone to be considered fat at less than 60kg, the person must be short, most likely around 1.5 meters

The last time I did check up and lab diagnosis was 2020..

Since then I have not had a case to be in the hospital..My sickness no dey pass African malaria wahala..

Maybe my phobia for hospital makes my Immune system strong plus necessary precautions.
