Personally, I'd choose Adelaide because it's in a regional area, which means you'll have a three-year post-study visa and they give preference to students who graduate from regional universities when it comes to sponsorship for permanent residence.

For example, Australian universities usually accepts international students from social science background, psychology and human science field to apply for Masters in Social Work. You don't need any other evidence, if the school you applied for supports paying both the tuition fee and the OSHC then it will be boldly written on your COE, also stating the name of the health insurance company or agency there in your COE.

No, why would you want to study in an unaccredited institution while also spending a lot of money?

According to my understanding
There are 3 assessment levels, AL1,2,3
This are just assessment levels on which the schools are categorized and how the visa officer assess the applicant
The AL1 they might not ask you for bank statement and IELTS at the visa level but it’s better to still have it just incase and even submit it
AL1 is the best then 2 then 3
Some people also say AL1 has higher visa approval rate than others

I would advise you do your own findings, read through this thread and watch YouTube videos and research well
