don’t know why they are taking long to give people offer o. Might probably depend on the course. Got a conditional offer from them in about a week.

I think it's a general issue and visa issuance may take up to 6 weeks from information am getting. Though the best bet is sending paid mail or making paid call.

Don't send a paid mail till after 15 working days. Urs should be 15 working days by Friday

I want to make a confirmation on the statement of the account used for the visa application.

UKVI stated that we keep our funds for 28 days after which the statement of account will be valid to use. If after a month, the funds got moved out (Borrowed funds), is it possible that the bank gives access to UKVI to confirm if the money is still in the account? Or could it be that the UKVI confirm the authenticity of the statement of account submitted?

Of course, that's where your POF should come from as long as it has the required sum in it.
