My mum slipped and fell as a result of the snow and her knee was dislocated. I understand the travel insurance covers medical/hospital expenses, i want to take her to the clinic for medical assistant. I would like to know if anyone has ever used the medical coverage of the insurance, Pls how does it work and can i really claim it. Pls i need your help. thanks

those Naija travel insurance don't carry weight. Try to get health insurance from private insurance companies in your province. In between Healthcare is very expensive in Canada for visitors . I know someone that his 70 years old mum slip on staircase, Mama had hip surgery. Total cost was over 100k, the medical expenses is like morgage now because the son does not have insurance for his Mum.
