The level of widespread poverty and desperation increased massively under this Buhari administration. Many of this things we are seeing is as a result of that desperation. Most likely scenario is that some 'big boy' offered her a lift while she was walking down the road, possibly in car with tinted glass. She got into the car.. And the rest is history. Maybe, maybe not, but I don't think they could have just grabbed her off the road just like that. Must have been 'lured' somehow into a private space where this kind of atrocity took place

When I said this scheme has outlived its usefulness those benefitting from it won't listen. Let people sit down in their homes acquire a FG sponsored skills of their choice, after which their accrue total allowee is handed over to them, it will enable them start a new life in line with the skills they've acquired. This way unemployment will be eradicated or grossly reduced among those population of young people, while cases of unwarranted death would have been permanently put away.
