You don't need to take your POF as cash. You can have it in an account, print the account statement the day before travelling in case you are asked to show POF evidence. If you do decide to carry physical cash above 10k, you must declare. See here

Please i have just BSc qualification but i am thinking of getting an online certification in HR as i have a relatively working knowledge of it. Is it possible to get qualify for the express entry and what type of certification can i do that will be accepted? I can't imagine if I didn't pass my Ielts that oct 2020. I prepared during the lockdown period and wrote the exam will full force during that depressing EndSars period. I passed on one sitting. It's just God if not I might have not been in d pool before Dec 23, which was the fsw last draw till date. I had no money to redo any test because no job that time, no salary- I studied hard and God did it.

How I got funds is another story. Infact plenty story for this journey. POF was 100% gift deed

I just look back and say Na mercy. I just know it's an ordained journey and I'm determined to make d best of my sojourn there, In essence, it is a total makeover, a new life beginning afresh and I trust God for a brighter future in Canada. Lookin forward to landing in May 2022.

They want payment in euros only if sending by mail

By Mail - You'll have to pay fees through bank transfer payable to 'VFS Services Germany GmbH' and in EUROS only.

He then took his passport, receipt of payment, consent form and copy of PPR mail to DHL.
