with all your training, you captured criminal who you know is also well trained, which makes him VERY DANGEROUS. You confirmed that he has been secured (with straight jacket, tranquilizer, his head covered with pillow case and multiple handcuffs) before putting him in a vehicle that contains ammunition and he just managed to overpower 2 soldiers and he did not kill anyone of them, he just conveniently shot himself.
