Alamkir, you people will not allow us to point out the religious and ethnic bias attitude of these people in government. But same thing you can't take if the table turn around. This is not how Nigeria can move forward. Equality and equity are important for an egalitarian society.

At the bolded, I and the people I know never received January stipend until after Easter. Even some are yet to receive up till now. What are you saying?

If I may ask, how did you ascertain the loop sided payment?
Hope you are not using Nairaland Naisim beneficiaries to determine all these you wrote here. Because it's 10 or 20% of Naisim beneficiaries that are using nairaland to vent..
If I may agree that they are disbursing the stipend manually but not a kind of the manual of selecting names of their choices to pay stipends
