The kind of achievement required from a productive president in Nigeria goes beyond building roads. Infrastructure is essential and must continue to receive attention but that is not what would make the next president of Nigeria "great".

There are some structural changes that need to happen that would set a foundation for a progressive Nigeria even after the president leaves. These structural changes require world class internal politics at the highest levels of power in this country.

If Peter Obi can't play ordinary PDP politics, how will he handle the kingpins that run the helms of affairs in this country? Remember, these kingpins are in the Oil and Gas sector, Power generation and distribution sector, Importation and Exportation, Military and national security, internal government politics, etc.

Status quo must be disrupted for serious changes to happen in this country. The cabal is waiting and the next president must be ready and able to face them head on.

You see why i said you people are ill informed Peter Obi took on the kingpins in PDP such that he was impeached twice his crime was he was not sharing money for them to steal. He went to court and got back his mandate. This silenced the kingpins holding Anambra hostage apart from infrastructure he positioned Anambra business wise wgich was lacking all these years.

Rational statement indeed. Please do not be ignorant of what Peter Obi did. For a starter, Peter Obi linked all the towns in Anambra with major roads. Headbridge in Onitsha up the way to Army barrack was neglected for a very long time, and nothing to write home about, But Peter Obi did the needful.
Although I do not expect you to know all these because you have never visited Anambra and will never know what I'm talking about. Everything should not be about politics.

And this is the CV he is pushing forward to rule Nigeria with?

if you guys knew where Anambra was coming from by the time Peter Obi took over, you wouldn't be saying this.

There were backlog of salaries for civil servants. I wasn't able to go to school for a whole year because mbadinuju didn't pay salaries. So Ngige and Obi were clearing that up.

Buhari is completing his eight years, how many ports did he build with all the loans. How about security which is the primary function of any government. Economy nko, he was handed over the biggest economy in Africa with a very large GDP, how are we faring. The exchange rate nko and general cost of living.

Please you guys should stop talking nonsense

Are you admitting that truly Peter Obi didn't really do much to Anambra state aside from the fact that he didn't leave the state's coffer in debt? Or you stylishly want to use Tinubu and Lagos state debt portfolio as a Vail to divert attention from Peter Obi's shortfalls?

For a fact...I'm not a supporter of any politician. Even if my papa turn to politics today, I'll face front and let him run his show. I don't hold any of them to any esteem because all what's on display in Nigeria is madness. True leadership is alien to the African people right from the dawn of time.

Kings sold their subjects as slaves during the precolonial era. Today, Buhari is mortgaging the future of this country in the name of borrowing. Before him, GEJ surrounded himself with thieves he called ministers except for madam Ngozi Okonjo...

Before GEJ was OBJ whom under his watch, NEPA was sold with an irrevocable license to a company that lacks the resources to deliver on its mandate. The list is endless.

Abeg leave politics to those thieves. Nothing is gonna change in this country unless they change that thing we call constitution and make it brutal on political officers who mismanage public funds.

For once you guys should stop being mischievous and speak truth even you knows that his achievements have been displayed over the internet you even know the truth about the reality of Lagos and the stranglehold Tinubu has on the state and how quickly the state can achieve it's full potential once free from Tinubu's grip.

What Nigeria needs is a seasoned technocrat cum politician with a history of prudent management and spurring Economic growth and of all the aspirants it is only Peter Obi that ticks the boxes in this regard.
Make no mistake the era of sharing oil proceeds monthly is disappearing Governments need to look inward to grow their economy and it is not just taxation only that is one mistake Lagos is making. Over taxing an impoverished economy is a shortcut to revolutions, chaos and anarchy. The government first needs to transform the economy from consumption to producing. Which of the aspirants judging from their antecedents has done this before. Everyone knows Peter Obi harnessed it for Anambra especially in the area of indigenous production. He boosted Innoson by placing large orders of his products the first governor to do so. Under his reign many igbos relocated their Businesses back to Onitsha and Nnewi. These are the things we need for Nigeria to transform it is not about spraying money or people coming to bourdilon to beg for their patrimony from the man who has stolen it.

You really don't know what infrastructural drive is. To be sincere it is the existing Federal structures like the ports that still drive Lagos. Which infrastructure has driven Lagos economically that the Lagos state government has commissioned? Nothing is it the rail line that has exceeded a decade and not yet complete? Or is it the Lekki toll that is a deliberate enterprise to enrich the powers that be in the state that for many years they deliberately refused to build alternative roads to VI because of greed and forcing people to use the toll gates thereby causing hardships on the road. Please be honest and show me the infrastructure that has spurred growth Lagos IGR even in Military era was always High so stop all these propaganda. People know the truth which you yourself know. So my Yoruba brother pretending to be igbo, Ogbeni you know nothing.

Really? Has Lagos "comfortably" paid up it's "little loans" used to build critical infrastructure like rail, and metro system? If it's IGR was so great, what was the need for the loan?

The way you guys argue shows how poor the education system is in Nigeria. Arguement is all about common sense logic and not just pulling up written things online which doesnt collerate logically.
How dare you compare America kind of debt to Nigeria, how? The US dont go ask you for money, they borrow through issuing of bonds which other country buy, they dont run out of cash like Nigeria and begin carry plate run go China or EU to beg like Nigeria does. Besides, Nigeria beg for money, then whe given, they steal it and dont up the infrastructure.
If you dont know, the person that earns the least in America earns more than, a medical doctor, a bank manager in Nigeria.
Nigeria has zero roads, zero electricity, zero health, school, zero infrastructure, zero manufacturing sector. So where does all the borrowing go?
Lagos state and any other state in nigeria, even the entire country is poo when compared to America.

Most of you kids that say this kind of poo will one day leave the country and understand how terrible nigeria is.
