Nowhere in that particular passage is it ever mentioned that God accepted or acknowledged his rituals though.

And if you had paid close attention to what is written there, he mentioned that that resurrection was only for those who died in godliness/righteousness. This is what God promised to men of the Old Covenant Law of Moses - those who died ungodliness/unrighteousness perished in their grave without a chance at the resurrection , so why would a one who belongs to God test God?
