Hmmmm, there are very stubborn tenants o, we issued one quit notice, she didn't want to vacate the building, the case has been dragging on the court of law....i wonder why tenants always refuse to leave the building after defaulting in payments and the landlord can't take it any longer. They all depend on the so called tenancy law that favours them

As in ehn, that comment is so annoying, I guess he has never experienced how 'strong headed' some tenants are....they just won't want to leave

I pray the caretaker has his evidence, the government that normally stand on the side of the tenant should think twice especially when it has gotten to the stage of quit notice from the landlord.
