Bigajeff:Useless Amerclican law: *If a man attacks a pregnant woman and it causes her miscarriage he has committed murder and will be sentenced for it. * Meanwhile if a woman abortes her child it should be see as legal. The LGBTQ cult society are the ones pushing this abormination. First they started with Same Sex, then moved to Transgender, and now abortion, after that watch and see how they will push for incest to be legalized. Their members are in high governmental positions to help fulfil their goals. |

They thought backing Trump was so funny but now the jokes on them. Hillary Clinton is somewhere laughing at them. 1 Like |

AmazonTopaz:Arrant nonsense, each state will be free to make their laws on abortion just like the constitution said. Roe vs Wade was an anomaly and it's about time it got kicked to the curb. And you WILL abide by the laws made by the states, you rants on the internet are irrelevant. |

1stGenAmerican:What he wrote is very apt, why charge people for double homicide if you believe a baby in the womb is nothing but a clump of cells? If you truly believe that the baby in the womb is a living being then abortion amounts to legalized murder. |

Fake news. They haven’t yet voted on it yet. It’s a draft opinion by one of the justices that was leaked by someone. Probably to gin up public pressure to stop the actual voting or influence it. |

What if it is rape, what if this, what if that. 99.999% of abortion are done for selfish reasons. Abortion shouldn't be a form of contraceptive just because you want it raw. We are not all saints, but openly supporting this utter act of evil shows how troubling the future if humanity will be 1 Like |

Re: Supreme Court Has Voted To Overturn Abortion Rights In The US by Jeezuzpick(m): 10:00am On May 03, 2022 |
1stGenAmerican: There are many "special circumstances" that might even be deemed as valid grounds for abortion. Examples are malformed foetuses, acephaly, Spina bifida, downs syndrome, ecclampsia (which will kill both mother and baby), etc. Rape is terrible whether it leads to conception or not. However, that being said, I am not sure if killing the baby thus conceived will make things totally better for the rape victim, but then, anyone can argue about it. The rapist is the bad person, he should be dealt with. What did the baby do to deserve to be killed? The worst such a girl can do is to give out the child for adoption. That child can even become a source of joy to a childless couple somewhere. |

Neminc: The things you guys are trying to say are the same is like saying Nigeria is the same as Alaska. You’re comparing a man committing a crime by maliciously assaulting a woman, causing her to lose a baby to a woman having agency over her own body. That kind of thinking will keep you guys in the dark ages forever. 2 Likes |

chatinent: What are you saying? Abortion is already illegal in Nigeria. This ruling does not ban abortion it just removes the federal mandate and leaves it up to each state to decide their own abortion law. 2 Likes |

Re: Supreme Court Has Voted To Overturn Abortion Rights In The US by 1stGenAmerican(f): 10:06am On May 03, 2022 |
Jeezuzpick: The child can become a joy for someone else if the mother chooses to give the child away. Before the Roe vs Wade decision, women went to back alley doctors and had illegal abortions which would often fail resulting in a severely disabled child being born and sometimes the mother dying. Even if all of the states choose not to outlaw it, you’ll have huge amounts of girls and women resorting to unsafe methods adding to social problems that others will be tasked with finding solutions for. Devil’s Advocate: do you live in Nigeria? If you do then maybe you know that whether or not people accept it, the country is starting to suffer from the negative effects of overpopulation and the continued growth is not sustainable. Just as it’ll soon be impossible to feed every baby born, who will provide for them when the people they are born to don’t have the means? 1 Like |

1stGenAmerican:You are the person in the dark. I asked you a simple question, is the baby in the womb a living being or not? If it is, then abortion is murder as it amounts to taking a person's life without their consent. If on the contrary the baby in the womb is not a living being then people should not be charged with homicide for the death of babies in the womb. Grievous bodily harm maybe but definitely not homicide. The baby in the womb is either a living being or not, the definition of that can't change as it suits you. If that baby in the womb is a living being then it's no longer about a woman having agency over her body because another person's body and life is also involved. |
