It's not large farming at all, it's just a 100ft x 50ft plot of land, I intend starting small then if it's favourable to me then I will hire acres of land and farm with it.

Sir, I have watched some videos on youtube on bee keeping and they advised not to do bee keeping in a place with Ant hills and termites around as they are natural enemies of bees and the land has so many anthills around even massive ones at that.

You can't use the place for bee keeping, ants, termites, moths and land prone to heavy wind and noise are natural enemies of bees, I have lost some of my most productive colonies to these natural enemiess in the past.

I did a Ugu Farm around same time I asked this question, Surprisingly Cows doesn't eat Ugu Leaves but the Fulani Herdsmen and their cows scattered the entire farm like I had a quarrel with them, I was really sad that day when I went there.
It's a small plot of land 100 x 50 so I couldn't employ security for it, the damages were done, I saw them the next day but I dare not challenge them, because they were holding guns and it was a deep bush, if you shout/scream you won't see any help, so I left them and went home.

So I don't know what better way I could do this mushroom farming, someone had once recommended it to me too.
