It is well Sis. I admire you fighting spirit. Try PF hospital Dr. Omisaki. Very good and understanding man. Also try to insist on IVIG trip before transfer to rule out auto immune issue, that was the game changer for me after 3failed transfers. May God answer all ttc mums.

MineMK:
Amen. Thank you Sis. *Hugsss* No I'm not crying...Pls What is his Clinic name please? I can search it up and call. Seeing my mom go through this with me breaks my heart (we go to every appointment together) The acupuncture (did home service), she couldn't relate why they kept poking me
with needles all in the name of ttc...lol...The woman would secretly cry and come to me to ask what I will eat...This has not been the easiest journey. But i am not giving up and I shall testify. Amen

[Aquote author=waistbead post=112481396]MineMK joon,it's well with ya.

Sis why not try Dr Ese Abuja,I've read so many good reviews about Dr Ese on hear...I'll suggest you discard the semen ,since DH can come around and produce fresh numbers .

You going through a phase momma and you'll see light at the end of the tunnel..

Hello Sabi mama! My heart is heavy! All in all 14yrs trying to have children of my own. In my 40 and 2nd marriage. I am a good person and a believer! I was believing miracle would happen b4 now (Yes miracle does happen) plus hubby refused IVF option not until 3 yrs ago.The diagnosis was premature menopause . Prior to me trying I do not know alot about IVF. To cut the long story short. I did 3 cycle of IVF with donor Egg at Nordica and they were all BFN. We are devastated. I am devastated. My family are (I am the only one on the waiting list in the entire family). Oh I prayed...We prayed! Ok! According to them at NORDICAL they said I have 1 more round of DH semen available (We live in the state and I took 3 month leave (nopay). Should I do this last round with them? Should I let them discard the semen and go elsewhere? Each cycle cost nothing less than N3.6M. They also refused me at NORDICA to take any prenantal pre and post embryo transfer (stating they do not approve any one) Though they gave me Folic acid and low dose aspirin. Please help me. Any advice, recommendation? I have roughly 8weeks left. Can anything be done at this window? Yes I can cough out money for this procedure(if na borrow I will) and hubby can also come in for 2days and produce another semen. Please think for me. What can I do‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Please read and suggest. Thank you

So heart wrenching. Wishing you and your hubby the best of luck

The Dr Charles Uhioh is very very good oh!! He is at Uromi Edo state. He just opened a branch at Asaba. Alot of testimonies from the fertility clinic. He knows his job well. If you have tried other clinics and no results, please try Mother Theresa IVf center and you will be glad you did.

Oh my darling sister. This will surely end in praise. I very much understand your pain which will turn to joy sooner than you think. Please do not loose hope, keep praying. One day you will pray that prayer that will bring your miracles to you. That day is here in Jesus name. The day you will forget all the pain and tears, when you will carry your bundle of joy in Jesus name.

Please keep your mum away from all these. That will also help limit the stress you both go through. You can decide to tell her when your miracle appear. Whenever she ask just tell her not to worry hersel, that all will be well, that she should just be praying for you.

Try work on yourself before any other IVF treatment. Work on yourself for at least 3month before any IVF. Focus on your uterus health. At least 30 mins brisk work, jugging/skipping rope. Please stay active. This is very important please. It will help blood flow to your uterus, it is the secret of healthy uterus, which will help implantation. Belle massage too is good. Take good fertilty tea like yimucao and xixian tea. There is this uterus toning tea (there are quite a lot of them) I can't remember the name now. I will update when I do.

Take egg quality suppliments, especially if you plan on using your eggs.

Try another good IVF center. Mother Theresa IVF center. Try this place. Too much good things about this place. Google to get more info.

A good IVF center is not about how expensive but how good and updated the doctors are. Some of these fertilty clinic are just concern about money. I hear that you pay about 1,800,000 for 3 circles at Mother Theresa. The place is good. Please give it a try. And they keep you in their guest house until you do a pregnancy test. Their nurses will be the ones who will be giving you all your injections and meds when due until PT day.

Pray more...keep praying. Soon you will see that all the prayers paid off afterall.

I did that because I needed support too so i wont be idle and think too much but apparently that was not the best decision. Plus I have also decided to travel back, work on myself(health) like you said and save money for another cycle. Thank you so much. I will sure go get all these tea and no I will be using donor egg since I'm over 40. Can you please prescribe prenatal vitamins/supplements? God bless you greatly. I really do appreciate you finding time to write these lengthy message. You are loved Sis.

Longest time, you can give PF medical a shot. Dr Omishaki knows his onions. You can get egg booster over 40 doesn’t mean impossible with your own eggs. Yimucao and xixian cao Chinese tea is great, with wobenzym. There is a mama who I know on this thread who took this tea right before IVF and she got her BFP. She too is quite advanced in age and TTC for about 8years before this miracle. Her Monika is mummy4life I think. Some other few mamas too.

Red Raspberry and Ladies mantle are good uterus/womb tonner. Strengthens the womb and cervix. I recommend taking this with some other fertilty teas. Take Fairhaven Fertiltea. It has combination of some great fertilty teas. A lot of mamas online (myself included) have great review with it too. Even PCOS mamas. I took this in 2012 and got pregnant immediately (about a month on it) but miscarriage because at 6 weeks. I didn't know I was to continue with progesterone after my BFP.

Pregnacare Conception is a good multivitamin for TTC moms

Fertilty blessings darling.

Fairhaven Fertilitea has the combination of the following teas

Chasteberry (vitex) – stimulates the hormones involved with ovulation and helps restore female hormonal balance. It is used as an herbal treatment for infertility and is especially helpful for women with irregular cycles, failure to ovulate, or a short luteal phase.

Red raspberry leaf – highly regarded for its ability to tone the uterus and muscles of the pelvic region. A highly nutritive ingredient, red raspberry is a powerful fertility-promoting herb, especially when used in combination with peppermint.

Green tea – a powerful antioxidant that enhances reproductive health by repairing the oxidative damage that occurs naturally as the result of environmental toxins and aging. Much has been written about the positive correlation between green tea and fertility.

Lady’s mantle – a “tonic” herb that is useful in regulating a woman’s monthly cycle. It also exerts a toning effect on the cervix.

Nettle leaf – contains a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals that are critical to good reproductive health, including Vitamins A, C, D, K, potassium, phosphorous, iron, and sulfur; also contains calcium, key for conception and maintaining pregnancy.

Peppermint leaf – gives FertiliTea a delicious flavor and has the added benefit of serving as a sexual stimulant.

Great! Fertilitea is to be taken 3 times daily so there won't be room for other teas. Use one at a time. If you are taking Fertilitea no need to take Chinese tea for now.

Castrol oil self fertilty massage is important too. Please don't leave that out.

So sorry for the loss of your precious baby and may God console you.
You have to keep hope alive and have faith for your miracle. Did you take notes during the stims and pregnancy? Did your Doctor tell you the mc was due to chromosomal issues? or did he give you any reason for the mc?
I would suggest you give yourself another three months minimum to prepare for another cycle and take egg-boosting medication such as ubiquinol, melatonin, vit. c, e and d, prenatals or at least folic acid, fruits and vegetables, drink at least 3 ltrs of water daily, cut out sodas, regular light exercises and eating healthy. Also check your thyroid hormones as well as NK cells which can be remedied with a combination of neupogen, prednisone, Aspirin 75mg/81mg, Intralipids and lovenox (depending on your Doctor). You can also decide to bank your eggs/embryos and do an FET so that your body has flushed out the stimulations medications.
The position of the fibroid has more impact than its size and you can have consultations with different doctors to confirm how to go about it.
Also, age is still on your side except if you are already in menopause and you need to prayerfully research on the hospital you intend to use and God will guide you.
It is well with you.
PossiblityGod:
Happy easter everyone and trust we are having a good easter celebration. This is a new moniker but an old member.
Please I need advice and suggestions. I did ivf late last year, got pregnant but lost it by 11weeks 5days as a result of no heartbeat. I even attempted suicide because the pain was too much for me to bear, but to the glory of God I'm healing gradually.
I went for the evacuation(MVA) last month, I am yet to see to see my period though.
Before starting the ivf, I took some recommended drugs to boost my egg quality for some months as well with hubby, the two subserol fibroids that were small before the ivf increased to 6.5cm as a result of the plenty progesterone that I was taking,
Now my questions are; what should I do to avoid the reoccurrence of no heartbeats again ie chromosomal abnormalities.
When can I go for the 2nd round of ivf and do I need to prepare myself again? If yes what drugs do you suggest.
Looking at the size of the fibroids now does it need surgery or what can I do to reduce it?
If I should go for ivf again, do I still use same hospital or change to a new one?
I am 35year old married for 5years,hubby has low sperm motility. Please I need everyone opinion on this, please do not read and pass, help a broken sister. @blendy, @zest4alllife, @omojudy, @uridiame

Dear mama, how did your cycle go? Sorry you didn't get any feedback on this
Sometimes, stimming takes up to 12-13 days and usually, from day 7/8, the follicles grow faster. Activities that improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries usually improves outcomes but more often than not, the type of medication you are given.
Ugkmama:
Good afternoon everyone
Been stimming and on day 8 today, went for my follicle scan and was told there are currently 8 follicles and 1 that is matured enough.
Been asked to continue stimming.

Any advise on what to do/take to push the size and counts?
Re: Anyone Trying IVF/IUI/ICSI (Fertility Treatments)? by zest4allife: 11:54pm On May 06, 2022
Sorry about the BFN for you and your surrogate.
You can improve your chances by ensuring your egg health is optimal and that your hormone levels are okay; for both of you. Please also consult with your doctor, hopefully, she/he is truthful to you about the procedures you both had and what can be done differently. Note that the pregnancy rate is not 100% but we pray to be part of the success stories.
uwasam:
Wooh. That is another angle to it but that would cost a arm and a leg grin. What if both become positive too as hubby does not want more than two kids at a time and i will not want to waste money by putting one one each. Sorry for the questions as i just want us to help me think this tru. Thank You.
