Lol, according to arsenal standard he's done well.

Not only have he United the fans from the diversity they once had, he's brought unity and fighting spirit to the squad. His also cut out bad excesses as well as the wage bill while reducing drastically the overage players. He's done well and the only reward is to tie him down. 3yrs Is very fair enough.

Every expenditure over and above what the club makes will basically require them going to the credit market for loans, so they might take cheaper options sometimes rather than borrow big amounts. Chelsea is a loss making club so loans will fund player acquisitions

While with Roman everything is from his own pocket, with the loan from him to the club with no pressure to service the loan unlike external creditors. Ratcliffe guy would have been the same.
