Screeding a pre-cast ceiling might not be compulsory, but it is necessary to give a better finish. You'd even mistake it for a gypsum finish

Very possible my Oga. The fan hook attached to the main wood trusses, so far it totally avoids the noggin that holds the POP ceiling. All this would have been taken into consideration after roofing before the ceiling design.

But that Oga's case is different. Project all done and also a rented apartment? Reason why he need to perish the idea.

The foundation layout the excavation line is meant to be an hidden line ..

On the structural element i have no comments to gve because its not a design review

Cost of 8mm stones 3500 per sqm
3300×150= 495000

Cost of laying 400 per sqm
400×150=60000

Materials needed for laying

Sharp 10 tons -30000

Nylon -15000

Cement -2bags 4000×2 =8000

Compacting machine- 20000


Total= 628,000
