Icebor: There are things you can do on your own. Who would share the link? You have google eh...use it. The way you typed IRCC portal, go and type it like that on google. No one spoon feeds anyone here 4 Likes |

About to pay my deposit for Fanshawe college. Their payments go through flywire so I used the foreign transfer payment option so I could use Form A. The problem now is there's no tab on the Form A portal to input the payment reference and on the payment instructions, it is written that Flywire needs the reference to identify your payment. Has anyone made a Form A payment through Flywire? How did you circumvent this? 1 Like |

JayEjabz: No much difference except little to no funding for course-based program and PhD admission usually prefer thesis-based program. Course-based is slightly easier than thesis-based as many thesis student struggle to the complete their thesis in time due to circumstances within and outside their control. |

Faith550: Simple answer is yes. In reality, a successful canada student visa application often require more than the balance. |

BenedictStinson: Download the payment details from flywire and upload it on the trade portal..your bank will use the code starting with “FAN…..” as reference when paying flywire. I paid recently through Form A 2 Likes |

Congratulations on your visa approval. Number 1 is a big fat lie. The person who said that probably mixed it up. The only thing you won't get access to with a one way ticket is a PTA (personal travel allowance) using Form A. Canada won't send you back because you don't have a return ticket. No idea of accommodation in Vancouver. ayoolafaesol: 3 Likes |

Add the reference number to the letter of authorization to debit you are uploading to the form A portal. State it clearly in the Letter that the reference number is important and must be included, the bank will include it. BenedictStinson: 2 Likes |

Even Jesus cursed the fig tree that refused to produce fruits despite having all the resources. Will you keep carrying your healthy 5 year old child everytime they ask just because you can carry them and then you support your action with these scriptures you just quoted? Let's not spiritualise things and indulge laziness. There are questions that don't need to be brought here at all because ordinary Google search would give answers needed. If people have to ask questions that have been answered at every stage of thier application instead of reading and asking only unique questions, they should be able to pay licensed agents to do the job then. The least anyone can do when applying the Do it Yourself (DIY) to visa application is to read extensively. Someone once asked questions about Mpower loan here, I took my time to Google and posted the screenshot and link, then replied the person with it, the person refused to acknowledge it but instead, kept asking for details from someone who has done it before. Can't the person walk through the process like those who have done it before by just following the steps? Did those who did it before her learn the process while in Thier mothers' wombs or Mpower installed the process microchip in thier body? Treasure134: 12 Likes |

Good day everyone, A quick question, If after someone is granted a study permit and he or she defers the admission to the next available term. Would the deferment cause any problems for such person? |

Iamgrac: If you defer your admission for more than 150 days you will need a new letter of acceptance from your school and will need to inform IRCC |

RelaxingEnd:From what I've seen on this thread, I think it's important to let the school know once you have initiated payment even before it's completed or you're debited as they are normally aware Nigerian transfers take more time than others. If you have already initiated payment, maybe you can send the proof to the school and see what happens |

Thank you for your response. Does this apply to every school? You mean if I defer for 150 days after September I'll need to inform ircc? mrprolifik: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by mrprolifik: 10:55am On May 07, 2022 |
Iamgrac: The law states that if you differ for more than 150days from your intended start date then you must inform IRCC and get a new letter of acceptance. |
