US intelligence says there's no evidence yet to confirm it was struck or sank by Ukraine.

Ukraine on 4th mobilization and even national guards are being sent to the front. They all can’t stop mother Russia. Last time I checked Ukraine still wants volunteers, them slaves can go enroll.
