What do you load it with that makes the voltage drop? You should contact firman service centre to get the very AVR you seek. The dropping voltage might even be from your new AVR.

Very nice! Will be better if you can make the frequency just over 50 so you won't need to be checking always. 50.7 to 51 is not bad.

I just got the gen below today from Thermocool showroom.

After turning it on I noticed it makes so much noise, and when I connect only Hisense 160l Ref 222, it makes a sharp noise then stabilize, and after working, my surge protector trips and goes red.

Yes it should be a bit louder. I think the only consequence is the engine will run below specified speed which means engine is not running at full capacity.

But it will not affect the durability of the gen or the electric appliances pluged if the frequency is below 50?

Just do the right thing to avoid stories. Don't you notice the generator run smoother when running at 50HZ?

My TEC 3.5 KVA generator just started givimg sign as if there is no fuel after 10 minutes of usage. Turns out fuel does not flow from the fuel valve to the carburettor but if you remove the part of the hose connected to the carburettor, fuel starts rushing out through the hose, meaning fuel valve is ok.
What might be the issue and possible resolution? This is the second usage after just being serviced!

Service the carburettor. The needle valve and area within should be well cleaned. Alternatively replace the carburettor with a new one.

Unfortunately when I got the cash to buy the itec gen, it was already sold out by konga. Only konga was selling it for around 142k for the 3.5kva electric starter, Other sellers were selling from 180k. I couldn't wait for konga to restock so I went for another model which is also new in the market. I did a review here:

It was a 3rd choice. Tec bobo max generator was my 2nd but it was also out of stock and I needed a gen urgently at the time so I ended up with the Bruhm 2.5kva generator. So far so good, no issues with it. But u can still go for the itec, cos it seems konga has restocked. I just wish I had been a bit patient I would have gone for it bc I needed a gen powerful enough to power my 1.5hp ac. It has a rated capacity to do that in the reviews.
But just like ur engineer said, its a new product in the market and parts will be scarce for now. Its all about good maintenance and u may not have to worry about that if u maintain your gen well.
