Understand the logic.. A farm will create a firm which in turn will result to FDI. Don't be in a hurry to answer

There is difference btw having reserve and having excess. You're paying a billion dollar for excess capacity.
You are just a mad man grin grin

I intentionally mentioned reserve and excess just to confuse you and see how easy it was....

You don't know that excess capacity is a reserved capacity for rainy days grin grin

You are such a dumb kid grin grin

The US government pays billions for it reserve power station in DC just for when ever it needs to rely on it.

That is called futuristic planning

This is not your stone-age farms. These are some world biggest farms running large greenhouses. Kenya leads in Africa and account for 25 percent of all Europe sold flowers. Ethiopia is second after kenya companies went there.

I didn't mix it up, I clearly explained we would come to outflows. If I say list ten of your biggest outflows, I know I would get a list like this:

1) Mpesa
2) Mpesa
3) Mpesa
4) Mpesa
5) Mpesa
6) Mpesa
7)Equity Bank
cool Tea
9) Flower
10) Mangoes

Nearly every kenyan company in nearly every sector has something going on in the region.
If it's banks - you're talking about 15 banks.
Insurance companies - 15 plus
Manufacturing - all over.
Hotels - all over.
Airlines/Aviation
Name anything

You're an idiot. There is recommended reserves - something like 10-20 percent. Then there is idle excess capacity that Ghana is paying 1B dollars free money to IPPS.

Outdated data. We're in 2022.

You don't need IMF or WB to trace a lie. Use available data and do the maths.

Rem Kenyan pp was overestimated?

and is Ghana recommended excess and what is it now ?

Idiotic human being

As we speak, Ghana less than 1200Mw excess capacity cost only 200 million dollars. Which is considered a reserve capacity for a yearly 400Mw growth.

Again, explain why Kenya electricity consumption hasn't grown in almost 10 years..
Is it not because your real economy hasn't grown in 10 years? grin

It will cost your country almost 20 billion dollars of investment into electricity production in order to get to where Ghana is currently. And you'll need 40 billion dollars plust to get to where Nigeria is in energy production is.

Again, you don't need IMF or WB to split facts.

Make Use of your brain and decompound data.

Only KG kids will wallow their brains in slander land to avoid straining... It's so easy to trace data on internet but at times, try exercise your brain cells. You don't need to copy and paste everything you see on the internet.

Facts are stubborn

Fact is here

$72billion ÷ 33million.

= $2181.8

Ghana's GDP per capita --- USD 2181.8
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp2018: 11:51am On May 08, 2022
You can reduce that by 20 percent - after cedis dropped by 20 percent
So their real GDP per capita is now less 1950usd.

IPPS cost nothing in capitation. We stopped them before we had to pay too much excess capacity. You're going to pay a billion dollars annually for idle turbines for a long time. That is stupidity of highest order. It almost all your oil royalties gone like that.

There are so many - for example East Africa Breweries - one of Africa largest breweries

East African breweries is now owned by Diageo, the English ccompany. It's wrong to call it a Kenyan company.

Don't be stupid. Is it a Tanzanian company? Before Diageo bought in East African breweries was bigger than any company in Tanzania. Safaricom, Equity etc are all bigger than your top 40 companies combined. Even your dead president came for help in Nairobi. Please join fellow Tanzanians in praying for fuel crisis in Kenya and killing albinos.

It would be the equivalence of saying Jumia is a Nigerian company. Though it was founded by two Nigerians alongside two Germans in 2012.
