True he isn't omniscient but the gentleman raised an issue of social service which he isn't receiving which he is supposed to be receiving & this falls under the function of the executive which osinbajo is the second man.

To say he isn't omniscient hence people should live in darkness, u simply telling us that osinbajo like his boss is of no use to nigerians and has lost touch with the reality on ground.
