Even up till early 2000, when people are relocating , they usually call friends and family to their house to come and PICK whatever they need or want.. I remember how i got one very nice sneakers from a cousin of mine that traveled to US around 2001 or so.. Now people even sell their spoon and knife because they are relocating.. May God restore the glory of this country.. Very painful honestly

Nobody is faulting the ideology, but attacking others that probably do not have the means is what a child would do. Everyone would like to make his place of aboard as beautiful as possible if given the chance.

Then again some Nigerian landlords ain't trying. You pay 200k for a house without tiles or bad WC, after fixing all those problems. The same landlord would ask the next tenants for 300k+ siting things that he didn't even put in place himself.

It is not a poverty mentality. Go to Ebay and Amazon and you will be shocked at the things people in developed countries sell too. Was it not even from developed countries that the idea of clearance sales and clearing houses came about. People have their own reasons for doing things, and we have no right to judge them.
