I had a local mechanic finally found the problem. Apparently it was never the shafts. It was the exhaust pipe cranking on a metal below it.
So whenever I'd accelerate, it cranks on the metal which was slightly depressed towards it. (Probably through uneven ground impact.) So we padded it and the sound disappeared. He advised that the metal be straightened

All fuel pumps burn out in a few weeks or days.

Ever since I changed the original one that lost pressure due to bad fuel. I never rest. Help me abeg

Remote diagnosis not available
what do you suggest I do. I don't like the performance ,most of the mechanic I have been to said it's the engine seat which I have changed but the problem still persist. Can you please profer a solution.

Good day gazzuzz. My eod battery runs down if left for some hours. Mechanics have checked but they can't find any electrical fault. What do you suggest I do please?

Good day Boss and happy Sunday.
I just bought this 06 bank type corolla with 1NZ-FE engine. Then later I noticed on the door, it was specified that the engine should be 2NZ-FE.
I'm not sure if it was converted or not but I noticed the slow running when on idle is always above 1000R/min. the check engine iight isn't on. I noticed its a bit high on fuel consumption.
Please what can I do Sir

The 1 or 2nz is not really a problem.

What you should look out for is if the vehicle was designed with variable valve timing and if engine is equipped with it.

A scan will show you what is missing

Good morning Gurus in the house. I have changed the power steering pump up to 5 times now. Even the one I recently changed worked only for a short while and has gone bad now. Please help.
Car is Toyota Avalon 2006 model. Is it a factory defect

Good day Oga Gazzuzz and all car expert in here.

I drive Honda Civic 08, the fuel pump and filter have been changed, i have also changed the air flow meter, upstream oxygen sensor and coolant temperature sensor.

The worst part of it though is that after i changed the above mentioned the engine still shutoff while trying to accelerate in idling, with the dashboard lights coming on. The car can be restarted immediately though. It normally occurs when the Air Condition is on, and i also notice my D(dive) green light blink at times when driving

The car is an American spec

Your advice will be highly appreciated

Scanned my Honda Civic 2002 today cos the slow rpm was unstable especially in the morning.

the following codes popped
P0300
p0135
P0141
p0301
p0302

also noticed that it consumes fuel a lil bit above normal

Good Morning sir Gazzuzz please what will be the fault, as my corolla 04 goes off in motion once acclelaration passes 100km to 120km it will just off, every thing will stop working, pedals will stop responding, battery light will show on Dashboard. But radio and ac still on then i will have to control the car to a halt, before starting again, and it starts immediately. And functions properly again. But once speed gets to 120km same thing happens. But normal driving below 100km is perfect as car works well.

My car is Kia Rio 2013, the fuel pump is given me serious issues I have changed different pump none is working after 2 days I will start jerking and shooting especially wen the engine is hot/ day time or wen I put on the air conditioning... Am tired I have changed plugs service the nozzles yet the issue persist. What next should I do. I have scanned it nothing is coming up not check light as well. Thanks

engine is equipped with a timing actuator that is variable , it should be replaced with a non vvti actuator and timing set.

Another crude way of solving it is welding it in a fixed position .

1. If I may ask Sir what are the cons of welding it in a fixed position?
2. And more so, is there going to be any effect on the engine if the engine valve actuator is replaced with a non vvti actuator.
3. Another one Sir, is it possible a good mechanic like yours add the wirings for the vvti connections so the vvti actuator can work?

Good day Gurus…I recently changed my valve body due to some shaft related issues as the rpm kept revving while driving. However, the new valve body fixed is an 8 pin valve body while my car is 9 bin. When the former valve body was removed, I realized that it was also an 8 pin valve body but a wiring connection was done around it but this wasn’t done when the new valve body was fixed. I experience some jerking and it’s obvious when the gear shifts while accelerating.
I have scanned and the error code is P2759.Another thing is when accelerating, there’s a sudden vibration that shakes the car and feels like it will go off on motion, this happens for a few seconds and then returns to normal.
Please what exactly should be done to get it fixed as I have spent a lot on guesses by the mechanics. My car also vibrates when the gear is engaged. Mounts, Plugs, Coils have all been checked but still experiencing this vibrations at idle

I will ignore the timing codes, because you would have consistent loss of power and not after 30mins.

The ignition coils either have one that is so bad it is disabling the rest or a bad ground connection.

Start from easy to hard
