As a background to the above, it appears there has been series of correspondence between the former tenant and TV license people which went unanswered before we moved in.
Thinking of calling them on phone to say we've only just moved into UK and not aware of the previous correspondence, and we opened this letter because it read legal occupier, and we are now the legal occupier and also to say we don't have TV, no plan of getting TV any time soon and we've not been watching live TV since arriving here. Is this OK to say

First, do I have to indicate that I have family inthe UK?
If yes, DOES my sister have to give me us an invitation letter?

Well, I informed the forum last week that I would be keeping you updated this week on my Driving Theory test which I failed last week and paid for it to be retaken this week… Look no further, I DID WELL TODAY…. you wont find Nigerians there like London Kent Manchester and Birmingham. Its a quiet place but you can always travel out to London or other cities to socialize if its ur thing
